Website and requests

Terms of Use

Last updated September 3, 2026

These terms apply to use of the Avantia Build website. A written quote, order confirmation, supplier term, or signed agreement may include additional terms for a specific transaction.

Material requests

Website calculations, plan extraction, product information, and preliminary pricing are estimates for review. Customers are responsible for confirming measurements, quantities, specifications, code requirements, access, and delivery details before approving an order.

Pricing and availability

Prices, taxes, freight, lead times, and availability may change until Avantia confirms the order in writing. Avantia will not substitute a material without customer approval unless the written order expressly allows it.

Payment terms

A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

Before requesting a stop-payment, reversal, or chargeback, the customer agrees to contact Avantia promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. This does not waive any billing-error, dispute, or other right that cannot legally be waived.

Returns and restocking

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the returned merchandise price, plus disclosed pickup, return-freight, or supplier charges. Returns require prior written authorization and remain subject to the applicable supplier return policy.

Nothing in this return policy limits rights for defective or materially nonconforming goods, or any other right protected by applicable law.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, project, payment, access, and delivery information and must have permission to upload or share submitted plans and documents.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, upload harmful or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use another person’s information without permission.

Limitations

To the extent allowed by law, Avantia is not responsible for indirect losses caused by inaccurate customer information, supplier delays, site conditions, or events outside reasonable control. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
